 REKINDLING AND BURNING FOR ELOHIM

I thank Elohim so dearly for graciously granting us this blog fellowship.My Heart rejoices In the Lord for preserving you all and keeping hope alive in you.

Leviticus 6:12-13 KJV
And the fire upon the altar shall be burning in it; it shall not be put out: and the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order upon it; and he shall burn thereon the fat of the peace offerings. [13] The fire shall ever be burning upon the altar; it shall never go out.

Yahweh had given the priests of the Torah a pattern to build the Altar on which, they were to Offer burnt sacrifice on it. Their main duty was to minister to Yahweh on behalf of children of Israel and also to keep the fire burning on the Altar.It was upon the Yahweh to send the fire to burn the sacrifice but its was responsibility of the priest to sustain the fire.Every new born again believer received a measure of Holy Spirit,seal measure at new birth and Yahweh did ignite a fire upon the Altar of his Heart.Just like the priest of the Old they have the responsibility of keeping the fire burning.Paul exhort the Church of Thessalonica to keep fire burning. 1Thessalonians 5:9 Do not put out the fire of the Holy Ghost .
   Fire for Elohim is the burning passion existing in every saint for Yahweh.Its this fire  that create hunger for righteoussness and holiness  ,love , reverence and passion for Yahweh.From our basic study on science we found that fire is made of three components;Source of ignition,Oxygen and fuel/material.If one of this component lacks the fire will be void.Source of ignition is YAHWEH power that ignited a spiritual fire when we believed . Oxygen represent the Holy Spirit .He is the divine Oxygen that keep us burning for Yahweh.combustible material represent the word of Elohim.

Saint are the light of world . We are the Light of this World that is produced from the burning Fire of the Holy Ghost in us and whenever we quench this fire we become total darkness
 Fire falls when we do not create a hunger for God Himself ,cease to pray and read the word of Elohim.
 The Lord Jesus has commanded us to keep our Lamp lit and always dressed ready like the 5wise Virgin
 The result of a quenched fire for Elohim brings Forth Darkness...the state in which a believer had no Fire of Elohim is called lukewarmness
 It's is a state  of coldness creeping in to your heart slowly on the things of Elohim
 Revelation 3:15-16 KJV
I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. [16] So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
 When we have quenched the fire of Elohim we start to intertwine with world and instead of lighting the Darkened World ,we add more darkness in it
 If the Love of Yahweh in our Hearts slowly goes off ,we are likely to be overtaken by worries of this world thus becoming darkness.
1 John 2:15 KJV
*Love not the world* neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the *love of the Father* is not in him.

 *Do you still have the zeal and Fire you first had when you first met Lord?*
 Some of us started well in the fire of Yahweh and love for Him but with time the fire goes slowly by slowly down because of *not fueling* the fire.Some of the things that made our fire go out maybe some of us went through problems sicknesses,trials that the fire went off because it was a weak Fire

 *How can we catch the fire of God*
 Luke 24:30,30-32 KJV
And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it , and brake, and gave to them. [30] And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it , and brake, and gave to them. [31] And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight. [32] And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures? Jesus was walking with the two disciples after resurrection and they said "Did not our heart burn within us"as he spoke to us the scriptures
 spending your time in the presence of Elohim is a guarantee to catch Fire for the Bible says God is a consuming Fire.
 Adding fuel on the Altar increases the strength of the Fire
 Every time you spend on consuming the Word  fellowshipping with God it keeps fire to grow stronger in our hearts
 If you want to ignite the fire spend quality time at the closet with the Lord in His Word and Praying in the Spirit.

 *SUSTAINING the Fire*
1) prayers...prayer preceeds fire .In the Acts of Apostle before the disciples received the Fire they were praying and Fasting
 *No Prayer No Fire.  To be on fire for God you must be in prayer continually 1 Thessalonians 5:17 KJV
Pray without ceasing.
 2) Reading the Word of God.. David said your Word Is  lamp to my feet and a light to my Path
 Psalm 119:105 KJV
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Elohim Word is the Fire that lead us to the Path of Righteousness. Jeremiah 20:9 KJV
Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay .
 Jeremiah 23:29 KJV
Is not my word like as a fire? saith the Lord ; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?
[ 3) praising Elohim prepare our heart for the Fire
 4)Your association determine the level of Passion of Elohim .I don't want to be associated with people who throw water to my fire
 Stay around people who have zeal for God. Fire is contagious.
